forward us your travel agent’s best price quote

As soon as you receive the suggested itinerary from your current travel agent you only need to forward to your assigned email address. Nothing else is expected from you (assuming we have the traveller profile). We’ll take it from there.

If our price is 25% better or more we buy immediately

Your email is your consent for us to book and pay for your travel arrangements fully or partly and under any booking condition if by the end of the following working day we manage to find a deal at least 25% better than your travel agent’s price quote.

You pay 15% fees on saving only not on total

We’ll send you the booking details as soon as they are available. We expect you to follow this with a purchase order for the amount of the purchase and a 15% fee of the amount saved compared to your agent’s best deal.

Yes, that’s it! You only pay us if you save.

We’ll invoice you the full amount and you’ll get an excellent deal and a guaranteed saving. No extra charges or hidden fees. You only pay us if find you a significantly saving deal. And for any amendments or cancellations we’ll only charge you the cost.

Your travel agent is sent a booking request for 1 person to fly to destination X and stay in a hotel for 3 nights.

Your travel agent responds with the following numbers (including all agent, airline and hotel fees and taxes)

  • Return Flight Ticket: £2000
  • 3-Night Hotel: £600
Your company forwards the quote details to Zain Travel

Within 24 hours Zain Travel finds an advance-payment no-cancellation deal as follows:

  • Return Flight Ticket: £1400 (Saving of £600 or 30%)
  • 3-Night Hotel: £400 (Saving of £200 or 33.3%)
Zain Travel immediately books and pays for the bookings.
In addition to cost of the booking, we invoice your company with the saving fee as follows:
15% x £(600 + 200) = £120
Your company saves £800 – £120 = £680

A:Great, please contact us on our email info@zaintravel.co.uk and will get in touch shortly.
Q:So, where is the catch?
A:There is no catch. Let’s rather call it an unusual business model in which you authorise us to spend money on your behalf before you formally issue us a purchase order, but only if we can find a better deal.
Q:How can you access such low-price deals that our travel agent can’t get?
A:We will use every opportunity to save you money, be it short-term airline or hotel deals, last minute prices, 3rd-party deals, no-cancellation pre-pay deals or even using loyalty points or miles to pay for your tickets or bookings.
Q:How much do you charge for the service?
A:Nothing but the 15% fee on the saving amount that you only pay if we find you a deal that is at least 25% better than your travel agent’s best deal. So if we manage to find you a good deal your actual saving will be at least 25% x 85% = 21.25%.
Q:Is there any minimum order requirement?
A:No, the only real financial term in the agreement is that you authorise Zain Travel to spend money on your behalf if we find a good deal for you and that you commit to dispatch a purchase order with the order value plus our fees as soon as you receive the booking details from us.
Q:What if we need to cancel or amend a booking?
A:If the booking terms allow for amendment or cancellation we will notify you of those terms as part of the booking details. If you then need to amend or cancel your booking we will ask you to raise a new purchase order with the amendment or cancellation cost. We will not charge you any fees for processing your request
Q:Is your fee 15% of the full charge or just the saving amount?
A:The fee is only paid as a percentage of the saving amount. So if your travel agent quotes you £1000 and we find you a deal for £750 then you only pay the fee as 15% of the remaining £250 i.e. £37.5.
Q:What if you find a good deal for my flight but not for the hotel?
A:As part of the agreement you authorise us to proceed with a booking and purchase for any single part of your request if we find a good deal for it by the end of the following working day. So you may find a better deal for your flight but not for the hotel, in which case we will pay for the flight but not the hotel and we will notify you by the end of the following working day at the latest so that you can proceed with arranging for the rest of the itinerary as you wish (for example through your travel agent).
Q:What if we decide to change our booking details after sending them to you?
A:We will be actively looking for the best deal for you once we receive the forward of your agent’s price quote. Although we will try our best to take those changes into account, we cannot guarantee that no money would have been spent by the time your change notification is received. We do provide our clients with a hotline phone number to notify us of any updates on their booking requirements to speed up the process.
Q:Do you need our employees’ travel profiles to complete the bookings?
A:Yes, the travel profiles are an important part of the process. You can provide them when forwarding your travel agent’s price quote. Alternatively, your employees can fill their travel profiles directly using the facility provided in our website.
